摘要
[目的]研究营养支持疗法对艾滋病(AIDS)病人营养不良的干预效果。[方法]对60例AIDS病人进行营养状况评估,根据不同情况制订有针对性的、均衡的营养配餐。实施营养支持干预。观察干预前后营养状况。[结果]干预后体重、肱三头肌皮褶厚度、血清白蛋白、血红蛋白均比干预前提高,总的营养不良状况明显改善(P<0.05)。[结论]对AIDS病人进行营养支持疗法,能改善病人的营养状况。
Objective: To study the intervention effect of nutritional supportive therapy for dystrophy of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome AIDS patients. Methods: A total of 60 AIDS patients were evaluated on nutritional state. Then based on different conditions, corresponding and equilibrate nutritional compounding meals were made out..And nutritional supportive intervention was carried out for them. The nutritional states of all cases were observed before and after intervention. Results: Indexes including body weight, skinfold of triceps brachii, serum - albumin, and hemoglobin of patients after intervention were all higher than that of before intervention. And the total dystrophy state of them was improved significantly (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Nutritional supportive therapy for AIDS patients can improve the nutritional state of patients.
