摘要
介绍非球面塑料透镜制品的精度及其影响因素;阐述了抑制塑料透镜变形所采用的注射-压缩成型技术的特点、成型过程及其模具设计的要点;设计了成型该制品的精密注塑模具。此模具拥有液压缸压缩、二次浇口注射,以及锥面与导柱的二次定位等特点,能够准确地保证塑料透镜的精度。
The product precision and its influence factors of the plastic aspheric lens were introduced. The characterteristic, molding process of injection-compression molding and the key points of mould design were described. The precies injection mold was designed. The mold employed fluidcylinder, secondary gate, secondary locating with pyramidal face and guide pillars, which ensured the precision of the plastic aspheric lens.
