Abstract The paper expresses the following authors′ standpoints.As a first -grade discipline,Statistics is a general name for subject group that includs a variaty of sujects with general characteristics as well as independency each other.This subject group can be divided into two components:general statistics and special statistics.The special subject of Social-Economic Statistics includes Statistics of Social Sciences(Statistics of Economic Sciences) and Statistics of Social-Economic Reality.There are difference as well as relationships between Statistics of Social-Economic Reality and Mathematical Statistics.The role of Principle of Social-Economic Statistics is to provide the fundamental knowledge of plan design,data processing and development for statistical survey of social-economic reality.
