摘要
垂直市场结构下,上游产业的反倾销很可能引起下游产业的继发性反倾销。首先,从企业利益最大化的角度研究了在继发性反倾销前提下上下游产品市场的均衡,分析了影响上下游产业决策的因素。然后,从国家福利最大化的角度出发,提出了继发性反倾销条件下对上下游产业进口产品都征收反倾销税的优化模型。最后,以算例从中间产品的价值以及国内外成本的差异两方面进行了讨论。
Under the vertical market structure, upstream industry＇s anti-dumping is very likely to cause the cascading anti-dumping from the downstream industry. Ihis paper firstly studies the factors which influence the upstream and downstream producers＇ decision-making from the perspective of producers＇ profit maximization. Then, based on the whole country＇s social welfare maximization, it gives an optimized model of anti-dumping duty imposed on both final and intermediate goods when cascading anti-dumping exists. Finally numeric discussion is given based on the value of intermediate goods and the difference between the domestic and foreign goods.
