摘要
与磁流变液相比,磁流变弹性体表现出较好的稳定性。研制了几种用还原铁粉制备的磁流变弹性体,应用在剪切式磁流变弹性体阻尼器上,测试在外部磁场作用下弹性体的剪切模量。通过剪切模量与外加磁场的变化关系,分析磁流变弹性体的力学性能随磁场变化的规律,并把这种剪切式磁流变弹性体阻尼器应用于转子振动控制系统试验研究剪切模量的变化对转子系统振动特性的影响。
Magneto-rheological (MR) elastomer, one kind of solid intelligent materials, is prepared with micron ferromagnetic grains distributed evenly in the rubber, and has good performance in stability compared with MR Fluids. A MR Elastomer is prepared with reductive ferromagnetic grains for a shear mode MR elastomer damper and tested for the shear modulus under variational external magnetic field. The rules of MR elastomers'mechanical performance changing with the magnetic field and the relation between the shear modulus and magnetic field are analysed. At the same time, with the application of the MR elastomer damper to a rotor system, the influence of the change of shear modulus on vibration control of the rotor system is illuminated.
