摘要
为了满足常见军用移动设备的充电电池的充电要求,本文设计一种以Infineon单片机XC164CM为核心的数字化智能充电器。详细讨论了系统的硬件结构和充电算法,并根据工程经验设计出一种模糊控制器,它能根据充电过程中的电池状态进行实时控制,此外,应用滑窗检测算法保证了对信号的准确检测,增强了系统的抗干扰能力。利用该智能充电器,大大缩短了充电时间,延长了电池寿命,实现了充电过程的智能化和最优化控制。
To satisfy the charging requirements of chargeable batteries for frequently used military mobile device, this paper introduces an intelligent digital charger with Infineon XC164CM MCU as the core. Hardware structure and charging algorithm are discussed in detail. A fuzzy controller monitoring the battery statement in real time is also developed based on the previous engineering experience. Precise test of signal amount are guaranteed by using digital sliding window algorithm, which also enhanced system ability of anti-interference. This charger can reduce the charging time and prolong the battery life, thus resulting in the intelligent and optimization control in the charging process.
