摘要
自新型农村合作医疗试点展开以来,试点地区充分发挥主观能动性,通过政策与体制创新,在实践中摸索出了一些好的做法,积累了一些好的经验,取得了一定的成效,从而为全面推行新型农村合作医疗制度奠定了较好的基础。但新型农村合作医疗制度也遇到了不少困难和问题,需要进一步探索和完善实施方案。
Subjected to the influence of various factors ,the new rural cooperative medical system ,as a system still at the pilot stage, has met with a lot of difficulties and challenges .There are lots of issues that must be resolved. Much more, there is the need to further explore and improve the implementation of the program. Otherwise, these may reduce the effectiveness of the system in the protection, or deviate from the policy objectives, and hazard the new rural cooperative medical system in the healthy operation and sustainable development.
