摘要
近年来,国内中小型医院在市场环境中面临着越来越激烈的竞争,日趋强烈的生存压力迫使医院必须寻求正确的经营发展战略,以保证经营活动的规范性和实效性。越来越多的国内医院开始引进企业界施行已久的责任中心制度,以建立一整套科学的评价考核体系。中小型医院普遍具有"小综合、大专科、创特色"的办院方针,创新意识便是创立医院品牌的前提,因此,特色化管理更是中小型医院需要面临的严峻课题。
Domestic hospital confronted more and more intense competition in recent years, which made moderate-small hospitals search for perfect management and develop strategy in order to ensure the specification and effect of management. More and more domestic hospitals proceed to introduce the responsibility center system for establishing a set of scientific evaluative system. Innovative thought is the premise of construction in most moderatesmall hospitals. It was an important problem whether these hospitals adopt characteristic management or not. We combined theory with the feature of moderate-small hospitals and then proposed the scheme of establishing responsibility center system.
