摘要
人工林巨尾桉具有生长快、产量高、适应性强等优点,但生长应力大,木材容易开裂变形及材性差异大,利用受到限制。对巨尾桉进行压缩密化处理,采用正交试验得出压缩密化的最佳工艺条件为压前含水率为60%,热压温度为190℃,压后厚度为13-20 mm,压缩率为50%,热压时间为25-30 m in。试验表明:经过压缩,巨尾桉试件的物理力学性质明显改善。从处理材微观结构观察,细胞被挤压,细胞腔变小,细胞壁未受到破坏。
The Eucalyptus grandis x Eucalyptus urophylla plantation enjoys fast growth, high field, great adaptability and other advantages, but its growth stress is great, so it cracks easily and its property is quite different, which restricts its usage. Based on the orthogonal compression experiments on the E. grandis x E. urophylla, the optimum conditions were obtained: its moisture content before compression was 60%, its hot-pressing temperature was 190℃, the thickness after compression was 13 -20 mm, the rate of compression was 50%, and the compressing time was 25 - 30 min. The results were as follows: after compression, the physical and mechanical properties of E. grandis x E. urophylla were improved substantially. The microscopic observation of the treated wood showed that the cells were squeezed, the cell cavity was smaller , but the cell wall was undamaged.
