摘要
电子对抗所涉及的因素众多,且各因素及其之间关系存在模糊性,因此选取模糊综合评估方法有其特有的优势,但其难点主要是选取恰当的隶属函数和合适的权值。针对此问题,引入云模型来刻画评价结果的模糊性和随机性,实现定性定量间的映射,以克服传统隶属函数的不准确性,并在AHP方法的基础上通过构建最优传递矩阵以修正判断矩阵的一致性,最后通过实例表明了该方法的准确和有效性。
Because both the factors affecting the ECM and the relationship between them are fuzzy, the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method has an advantage on it. But, the diffieuhy of this method is to choose proper membership functions and weight values. Aiming at solving the problems that the membership function and weight value of each index in fuzzy synthetic evaluation of ECM effect can not be determined easily, this paper uses a cloud model to express the fuzziness and randomness of the evaluation results and realize the mapping between quantitative and qualitative relation so as to overcome the inaccuracy of the traditional membership function. Besides, it also modifies the consistency of the judgment matrix by the optimal transferring matrix based on AHP. Finally, the accuracy and effectiveness of this new method are proved through some examples.
