摘要
介绍了我国图书馆立法历史,探讨了制定图书馆法之立法基础,提出了图书馆立法应注意的问题。
This paper introduces the history of Chinese legislation on the library, probes into the legislative foundation of establishing the library law, and advances some problems needing attention in the legislation on the library.
