摘要
本文分析了图书馆员继续教育中存在的一些问题,指出了继续教育制度化、全方位和创新是图书馆员进行继续教育的保证和时代要求。在此基础上,阐述了继续教育制度化的具体措施和全方位教育的逐个方面,强调了人本管理是继续教育创新的重要举措。
This article analyzes the questions in the librarian＇s further education and points out the systemization, full-direction and innovation are the pledge and the era demand. On this base, this author also expatiates the measures of proceed education and the aspects of full-directional education. In the innovation of further education, it is very important to emphasize the humanitarianism management.
