摘要
肝脏移植已成为治疗终末期肝病最有效的方法,在全球范围内得到广泛应用,其围术期处理复杂,极易出现医患矛盾冲突。文章分析了其主要原因与现有医疗体制及保障制度不健全、医德医风、医院管理、医患之间缺乏信任及交流及其他特殊因素有关。并结合文献及本中心经验提出通过完善社会医疗保障体系,加强医院管理及医德医风建设,注重医患沟通等途径可减少医患矛盾的出现,从而建立和谐融洽的医疗环境。
Liver transplantation has been the most effective treatment for patients suffering from hepatic failure and is widely used in clinical practice all over the world. Relevant medical treatment is very difficult and complicated during the peri - operative stage, and is of high risk for causing physician - patient conflicts. This article believes many factors are involved in this conflict, such as the imperfection of current medical system, lack of professionalism among medical staff, management deficiency of hospital, lack of trust and communication between doctors and patients, etc. Based on analyzing the potential causes, this article also gives some principles and methods to build up a harmonious physician -patient relationship, such as to perfect the medical insurance system, strengthen the hospital management, improve the standard of professionalism among medical staff, and pay more attention to the communication between the patients＇side and medical treatment providers＇side during the peri - operative stage of liver transplantation, etc.
