摘要 一、发展史与发病情况 中枢性低钠血症是神经外科常见的并发症．主要有抗利尿激素分泌不当综合征（syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion。SIADH）和脑性盐耗综合征（Cerebral salt wasting syndrome，csws）。CSWS在1950年由Peters提出，主要表现为肾脏保钠功能下降，尿钠进行性增多，血容量进行性减少而引起的低血容量和低钠血症。
