Experimental Study on High Speed Milling Titanium Alloy

摘要 选择了钛合金TCA进行高速铣削试验,重点研究了高速铣削TCA钛合金铣削力的影响因素及已加工表面粗糙度。研究结果表明,切削参数和刀具磨损对铣削力的影响显著,在高速铣削(v=200~350m/min)范围,获得钛合金TCA已加工表面粗糙度较好。 The effective factors of milling force and the machined surface roughness are focused on when high speed milling TC4. The experimental results show that the cutting parameters and the tool wear have remarkably effect on the cutting force, the machined surface roughness is better when the cutting speed is within 200 - 350 m/min.
