摘要
主要从带式输送机的输送带张紧力和滚筒围包角2个方面,对三滚筒和双滚筒传动方式进行了对比分析,通过计算证明三滚筒驱动能有效地减小输送带的最大张力值,从而降低了输送带及各部件的强度要求,显著地减少了费用。
Comparatively three pulleys and two pulleys on tensile power and surrounding angle of driving drum for belt conveyor were analyzed. According to result of calculation, draws the conclusion that three pulleys drives can effectively reduce tensile power of driving belt, requires of intension of belt and other components and appropriation expenditure.
