摘要
通过对河北平原地质、水文地质条件的充分分析研究,利用连续10 a的开采和动态资料,采用有限单元法和线性规划建立了符合客观实际的深层水水文地质概念模型、水量模型、预报模型及水资源管理模型,并优选出合理水位降深条件下的深层水允许开采量。在2001—2030年30 a优化期内,确定了京津以南平原采用年水位降深为零、冀东平原采用年水位降深为0.5 m时深层地下水允许开采量是可行的。
Through the study of geological and hydrogeological conditions and the data for 10 years of the groundwater withdrawal, the models that are the conceptual model of hydrogeology, the groundwater simulation model and the groundwater management model are developed with the three-dimensional finite element method(FEM) and the linear programming(LP) in the Hebei plain. The allowable groundwater withdrawal is put forward also. The results show that the allowable groundwater withdrawal is reasonable while the annual drawdown is zero meter in the Plain areas of the southern part of Beijing-Tianjin, and 0.5m in Jidong plain in year 2001-2030.
