摘要
大国的再次崛起比崛起更难,因为崛起过后的大国的民族文明的张力已经削弱,过去的辉煌反而成为现实发展的阻力。所以大国的再次崛起需要的一个根本性条件就是对民族文明进行创造性转换,这包括价值观、思维方法的转换和传统民族文明的优点和特点的保留。民族文明创造性转换的条件和方法有:容纳、接受世界上不同国家和民族的新文明;创造出新的物质生产组织形式和深入理论研究,弘扬传统文化。21世纪是亚洲和太平洋的世纪,中华民族有了再次崛起的良好机遇,中国传统文化的创造性转换是中华民族再次崛起的基本保证。
It is more difficult for the re - rise of the great powers than the rise. Because when a country rose, the strength of the national civilization had been consumed away. The splendid history became obstruction to the development today. So the re - rise of the great powers need to realize a creative transform to the national civilization as a fundamental condition. This in cludes transformation of value outlook, methodology, and keep the merits and features of the national civilization. The methods and conditions of creative transform to the national civilization include accepting and containing the different cultures in the world, creating new mode of production, going deep in theoretical research, and transforming traditional culture into new form. It is the century of Asia and the Pacific in the 21th century, China has a chance to re -rise. The fundamental condition for China＇s re - rise is the creative transform of the Chinese traditional civilization.
