摘要
公司清算制度是公司法规定的重要制度之一,关乎公司的存亡。公司未经清算不得终止已经成为公司制度的重要原则。我国新修订的《公司法》对公司清算制度进行了一定的修订和补充,但仍存在诸多不足,需要进一步完善和发展。
The company clearing system is one of the important systems in the company law, which is related to the existence and development of all companies in China. Before clearing, principles that had become the systems of the company. a company cannot demand an end to those Although the Chinese new company law which was revised two years ago had amended some old items and added some new contents, there are still a lot of shortcomings and regrets in it. We ought to do more for further perfecting and developing the company law in practice.
