摘要
在高炉铜冷却壁热态试验的基础上,建立铜冷却壁三维模型,模拟高炉正常生产时出现断水、低水速和较高炉气温度等异常炉况时铜冷却壁温度场分布。
A 3 - d model of blast furnace copper stave was established based on the thermal test. Through the simulation, the temperature field of copper stave was obtained in abnormal conditons, such as water - break, low velocity of cooling water and ultrahigh temperature of gas.
