摘要
目的:探讨平阳霉素局部注射联合倍频Nd:YAG激光治疗血管瘤的疗效。方法:在瘤体内局部注射平阳霉素,使其萎缩变平后,应用可调脉宽的倍频Nd:YAG激光照射消除皮肤红色病灶,观察临床效果。结果:病损区红色全部消失,病灶愈后颜色与周边正常皮肤相同或接近。结论:平阳霉素联合倍频Nd:YAG激光治疗血管瘤,是一种目前较为符合美学原则的治疗方法。
Objective： To investigate the ideal method for treating hemangioma according to modern aesthetic principles. Methods：Local injection of pingyangmycin was given at the tumor so as to make it constrict. Then the nidus was exposed in variable pulse double frequency Nd：YAG laser and the curative effects were observed. Results：The redness of 63 patients with total 77 nidus all disappeared. Most of the cured nidus skin colour was same with or similar to the surrounding normal skin. Meanwhile, five patients（eight places） had slight scar and pigment changed. All the cases after being following-up for 2-36months, no patient recurred. Conclusion：The method of injecting pingyangmycin combined with double frequency Nd： YAG laser in treating hemangioma is correspondence with modern aesthetic principle.
