摘要
目的:探讨苦参碱纳米细胞的制备和优化工艺。方法:采用薄膜超声振荡法,并用可视化方法优化纳米细胞制备工艺,紫外分光光度法测定黄芪多糖的包封率,用激光粒度仪考察纳米细胞粒径分布,用扫描探针显微镜观察细胞表面形貌,透射电镜观察细胞核壳结构。结果:苦参碱纳米细胞外观圆整,分散性好,平均粒径在300 nm左右,黄芪多糖包封率在90%以上,最佳制备工艺重现性良好。结论:可视化优化方法能有效的对苦参碱纳米细胞制备工艺进行筛选。
Objective:To Study the preparation and optimization of matrine-containing nanocell. Methods: Using the film-uhrasonic method and global optimization algorithm to prepare and formulate matrine-containing nanocell. UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the entrapment efficiency of the astragalan. Laser beacon was used to determine the diameter distribution of the nanocells. Using the scanning probe microscope to observe the surface topography of the nanocell. Transmission electron microscope was used to inspect the core-shell structure of the nanocell. Results : The matrine-containing nanocells appeared to be round, integrated, well separated and nniform in size with high entrapntent efficiency, the average particle size of the matrine-containing nanocells was 300nm and the astragalan entrapment efficiency was above 90%. Preparation technology had fine reproducibility. Conclusion: Using global optimization algorithm can prepare alld optimize matrine-containing nanocell.
