Design and experiment of high power factor converter on arc welding inverter power source

摘要 分析了弧焊逆变电源功率因数校正技术的特点,阐述了弧焊逆变电源中基于差接三角形自耦变压器十二脉波整流电路的原理与设计及其功率因数校正机理。通过仿真分析,弧焊逆变电源采用这种电路后,功率因数可以达到99%,电流谐波畸变率降低到7%。实验证明所提方案确实可行。 This paper analyzes the characteristic of the Power Factor Correction (PFC) of arc welding inverter power source, introduces the 12-pulse converter based on delta-type autotransformer connection into arc welding inverter power source ,and its configuration, design scheme and theory on PFC.Simulations confirm that the Power Factor (PF) can be increased to 99%and Total Harmonic Distortion (THD)can be decreased to 7% in arc welding inverter power source using the 12-pulse converter based on delta-type autotransformer connection.The experiment results verify the feasibility of this scheme.
