摘要
加快实现农村剩余劳动力合理有效的转移是我国农业和农村经济发展、农民收入不断增加的重要途径,也是我国实现和谐社会的需要。但由于户籍制度、劳动力市场制度、农民自身文化素质、等因素的影响,制约了农村剩余劳动力的有效转移。为此,应采取积极措施,加快农村剩余劳动力转移的速度,提高转移质量,实现中国经济社会的可持续发展。
For the further development of the agriculture and rural economy of China and the increase of peasants＇ income and for the establishment of a harmonious society, a rational and efficient transfer of the surplus rural labor has become urgent and necessary. However, this transfer has been hindered by the limits of the household registration system, by the present labor market system and limited educational background of peasants. Therefore, efficient measures should be taken to quicken and ensure a healthy transfer and realize a sustainable development of China＇s economy and society.
