厚朴姜炙前后对胃肠运动功能影响的实验研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的考察厚朴姜炙前后对小鼠胃排空机能的影响。方法采用甲基橙实验,通过检测小鼠胃内容物中甲基橙光密度来考察厚朴与姜炙厚朴水煎液对小鼠胃排空机能的影响。结果厚朴生品与姜炙品水煎液均可促进小鼠胃排空机能,姜炙品水煎液对小鼠胃排空机能的促进作用强于生品水煎液。结论姜炙可增强厚朴增强小鼠胃肠运动功能的作用。 Objective To study the effect of Houpu and Houpu processed by Ginger juice on gastrointestinal motor function. Methods The gastrointestinal motor function of Houpu and Houpu processed by Ginger juice was observed by detecting optical density of Methyl orange in mice. Results The decoctions of Houpu and Houpu processed by Ginger both could promote the gastric erupting function in mice, the decoction of Houpu outbalanced Houpu processed by Ginger in promoting the gastric erupting function in mice. Conclusion Houpu processed by Ginger juice can enhance gastrointestinal movement.
