摘要
循环经济作为一种科学的发展观,一种全新的经济发展模式,与传统经济相比,具有自身的独立特征。发展循环经济既是中国对人类社会应当承担的责任和义务,也是中国经济可持续发展的必然选择。但是在我国发展循环经济必然会遇到很多的困难,必须从我国国情出发,积极有效解决问题,大力发展循环经济。
Compared with traditional economy, circulatory economy is a new scientific developing view and mode which has its own independent characteristics. Developing circulatory economy is Chinese responsibility and obligation to human society which is an inevitable choice for the continuous economic development. But there exit many difficulties in its implementation, so developing circulatory economy and solve all the problems must take the conditions of our country as a starting point in consideration.
