摘要
教师教育的转型与改革要服务于教师专业水平的提高。当前我国的教师教育存在着"综合性"与"师范性"或"学术性"与"师范性"的矛盾,高师院校的师范特色亟待加强。高师院校要从"定位培养目标,选择培养模式"、"优化课程结构,构建新型课程"、"加强统筹管理,力避各自为政"几方面,努力强化师范特色。
The transformation and reformation of normal education should serve for the professionalization of teachers. At present, Chinese normal schools are impacted by two tides, integrating and researching, which weaken the function of normal education. To intensify the normal education's characteristics, normal universities and colleges must adjust their educational system, course system, and management to reach their objects.
