摘要
提出一种高分辨率直流电压调节电路的设计方案,该方案采用数字量控制直流电压的连续输出,分辨率达到20位。电路输出电压的稳定性直接取决于外接电压基准的性能,电路应用方式灵活。可作为可调直流基准电压的实现电路,应用于高精度的标准源研制中。
A design of high resolution DC voltage adjusting circuit is introduced in this paper. The DC voltage is controlled in digital form to output continuously and the resolution reaches 20 bits. The stability of the output voltage depends on the function of the outside voltage. It can be used to carry out the adjustable voltage circuit and be applied in the research of high accurate standard source.
