摘要
漏氢是氢冷发电机运行中普遍存在的现象,漏氢量则是氢冷发电机安全运行的主要技术指标之一,漏氢的大、小衡量着发电机冷却效果的好坏,显示了发电机运行的经济性、安全性。所以对运行中氢冷发电机漏氢(量)的控制就显得十分重要。发电机漏氢的因素很多,涉及到运行、检修等各个方面,本文主要以焦作电厂3号、4号氢内冷汽轮发电机为例,分析其运行中漏氢的现象、原因与控制。
Leakage of hydrogen is a general phenomenon in the running of hydrogen cooled generator.The amount of leakage is one of the main specifications of hydrogen cooled generator.The quantity of hydrogen leakages tests the efficiency of generator cooling system and shows the economy and safety of the generator.There are many factors that cause hydrogen leaking, which involves the operation and overhauling quality of the generator and so on. This paper took #3 and #4 generator as example for analyzing phenomenon, reasons and control of the leaskage.
