摘要
综述了近年来日本汽车行业在材料技术研发方面的发展动向,重点介绍了钢铁、有色金属、非金属这3类材料的最新研究成果。第一部分介绍了钢板、结构用钢、不锈钢、铸铁、铁基粉末冶金5种材料在汽车制造中的最新应用情况;第二部分分析了铝合金、镁合金2种有色金属在汽车部件中的应用;最后综述了陶瓷、塑料、橡胶、玻璃、涂料5种非金属材料在欧、美、日等国汽车上的最新应用。
This paper introduces material technology R＆D trends in Japan auto industry, centering on the latest research achievements about steel, nonferrous metal and non-metal. The first part expounds the latest application of steel sheet, structural steel, stainless steel, cast iron, sintered iron basis power metallurgy. The second part analyzes the latest application of automobile parts about two kinds of nonferrous metals, including aluminium alloy and magnesium alloy. The last part sets forth the latest application of five kinds of nonferrous, including ceramics, plastics, rubber, glass and coating, which are used on automotive parts and components made in Europe, the USA, Japan and so on.
