摘要
单核苷酸多态性(SNPs)是基因组织中最常见的一种遗传模式。文章在对人类基因组中SNPs的概念做简要说明的基础上,介绍了SNPs的检测、分析技术和方法,以及应用前景。
Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) are one of the most common models of genetic variant in human genome. Based on summarizing the SNPs of human genome, the techniques and methods of detection and analysis for SNPs were reviewed, and the prospects of application for SNPs were briefly introduced.
