摘要
香菇自然资源较少,人工团体栽培又存在生产周期长等问题.为此,将三元能量应用于菌种选育,明显加快了生长速度;采用液体培养,获得的菌丝代替固体栽培的子实体,缩短了生产周期,加入其它配料,研制的保健饮品经动物实验证明,能显著提高免疫功能。
To solve the problems of the limitedness of the natural resource of mushroom and the long production cycle by man-made solid cultivation, Three-Yuan energy is applied to seed selection, which largely quickens the growth speed. The hyphas obtained from liquid cultivation can substitute for the fruiting body by solid cultivation, which shortens the production cycle. Adding other proportions, the health-care drink can conspicuously raise the immunity function, proved by the experiments on animals.
