摘要
选择骨形态发生蛋白受体IB基因(BMPR-IB)作为一种侯选基因。采用PCR-RFLP方法检测其在杜泊绵羊、湖羊、小尾寒羊及杜湖、杜寒杂交F1代群体中的多态性分布规律。结果显示:在杜泊绵羊中只存在1种基因型,即野生型(++);在湖羊和小尾寒羊中检测到两种基因型,纯合突变型(BB)和杂合突变型(B+);湖羊中BB、B+基因型频率分别为0.909和0.091,小尾寒羊中BB、B+基因型频率分别为0.563和0.437;在杜湖和杜寒杂交绵羊中发现两种基因型(B+和++),杜湖羊B+和++基因型频率分别为0.875和0.125;杜寒羊B+和++基因型频率分别为0.786和0.214。BMPR-IB分子标记可作为一种新颖的辅助技术用于评估杜泊绵羊与湖羊或小尾寒羊杂交后代的繁殖力。
Polymorphism of bone morphogeneteic protein receptor IB(BMPR-1B) gene in Dorper sheep, Hu sheep, Han sheep, Du × Hu sheep and Du × Han sheep was detected by PCR-RFLP method. Only one genotype(wild type, + + ) was detected in Dorper sheep, and two genotypes( BB and B + ) in Hu sheep and Han sheep. For BB and B + , the genotype frequencies in Hu sheep were 0. 909 and 0. 091, respectively, and 0. 563 and 0. 437 respectively in Han sheep. Twogenotypes(B+ and + +) were found inDu× HusheepandDu× Hansheep. B+and + + frequencies inDu×Hu sheep were 0. 875 and 0. 125 respectively,and 0. 786 and 0. 214 respectively in Du x Han sheep. Analysis of BMPR-IB gene could be used as a novel assistant technique for the evaluation of reproductive ability of offsprings of Du × Hu sheep or Du × Han sheep.
