摘要
为分析同向抽运与反向抽运光纤拉曼放大器(FRA)的增益特性,基于已有的耦合微分方程,采用反向抽运中打靶法和龙格库塔法相结合的算法,得到相应结果;详细分析了所有参量对增益的影响,对两种抽运方式在小信号和大信号时分别进行比较,指出小信号时,同向和反向抽运FRA的增益相差不大;大信号时,同向抽运FRA的增益要高于反向抽运的,并且比反向抽运更难以达到增益饱和。
In order to analyze the gain characteristics of forward-pumped and backward- pumped fibre Raman amplifier(FRA), numeric simulation of the coupling equations of FRA was provided, especially shooting method with Runge-Kutta method was combined in backward- pumped FRA. The effects of every parameter on gain of FRA have been detailedly investigated. Gains of two pumping ways are compared. Their gains are similar when signal is weak, but the gain of forward-pumped FRA is higher and harder to reach saturation when signal is strong.
