摘要
该文简要阐述了我国造纸工业节能减排现状和问题,并指出在这方面还有很大的潜力可挖。因此对所有各生产工厂来说,对其生产过程的管理和技术进行加强和提高,保证在"十一五"期间/期末其节能减排的目标分别达到降低20%和10%或更多。
the article expaunds briefly the Status quo and issne Concerning energy Saving/emission reduction in the pulp and paper industry of over Country.It also points out that great potentialities are present in these areas for further tapping.In order to attain or Surpass advanced the goals of energy Saving/emission reduction given by the party and Central government of 20%/10%during or at the end of the ＂Eleventh five YearPlan＂,it should take measure of working along with lines to further stregthen and optimize mills man- agement and technology.
