摘要
膳食脂肪酸及n-6/n-3比对血脂及脂质过氧化的影响是营养学研究的重要课题,首先叙述膳食脂肪酸对血脂和脂质过氧化的影响及作用机制。然后从预防动脉粥样硬化的角度,提出建立合理的n-6/n-3脂肪酸供给比的重要性。
Effect of dietary fatty acids and n-6/n-3 ratios on blood lipid and lipid-peroxidation is important. We reviewed the effect and mechanism of dietary fatty acids on blood lipid and lipid perxidation. From the view of preventing atherosclerosis, reasonable dietary fatty acids n-6/n-3 ratios are important.
