摘要
培养未来人才、引进急需人才,是高校长期发展的需要,是加强高校教师队伍建设的重要环节。要正确处理"流动"与"稳定"的辩证关系,高校教师队伍的稳定是相对的,流动是绝对的,只有在流动中保持部分骨干相对稳定,在竞争中保持部分人员合理流动,高校教师队伍的结构就能不断优化,整体素质就能不断提高,就能永远充满生机和活力。
