On Practical Teaching of Public Administration Specialty in Fujian Medical University,Remaining Problems and Their Solutions

摘要 从实践教学学时、不同实践教学课程之间的关系、实践教学课程评价体系和实践教学内容四个方面,阐述了当前我校公共事业管理专业实践教学存在的问题,并从教师观念、教师能力、学生认识和资源投入剖析问题的根源。结合学校的实际,提出以"知识学习、能力培养"为基础、"知识运用"为核心的实践教学创新模式,该模式包括实践教学体系、师资队伍建设和课外辅导。 This article expounds on the existing problems with the practical teaching of public administration specialty from the following four respects: practical teaching periods, the relations among different practical teaching courses, the assessment system for practical teaching courses and the content of practical teaching. Furthermore, this paper analyzes the root of these problems in terms of teacher's concept and competence, student's understanding and the input of resources. Based on the actual situation of Fujian Medical University, the authors put forward a creative mode of practical teaching in which the mastery of knowledge and development of competence are taken as the basis and the application of knowledge as the core. This mode is supposed to involve practical teaching system, construction of teaching staff and extracurricular instruction.
