基于间接测量方法的便携式连续测氡仪的研制 被引量:1

摘要 针对传统便携式测氡仪的测量灵敏度较低、体积和功耗较大的现状,在研究被动式间接测量方法的基础上,整合了金硅面垒半导体探测器、电荷灵敏前置放大器和主放大器,设计成功了新型高分辨率窄脉冲峰值展宽电路。基于混合信号系统的数据处理及控制部分体积小、功耗低,实现了现场处理、现场打印和数据上传等功能。采用非恒定浓度标定方法的标定结果表明,本仪器的系数标准偏差明显优于美国连续测氡仪MODEL1027。 At present, the portable instruments for radon measurement are poor measurement sensitivity, large volume and high power consumption. On the basis of the passive indirect measurement method, Au-Si surface barrier detector, charge-sensitive preamplifier and main amplifier were integrated, and a high resolution narrow pulse peak hold circuit was designed successfully. With small volume and low power consumption, the part of data processing and control, based on the mixed-signal system, can make field analysis, field print, data uploading and so on. The calibration was made using the calibration method of unsteady concentration, and the results showed that this instru- ment is evidently better than MODEL1027 of USA in standard deviation of coefficient.
