摘要
为了探讨骨炎拔毒膏（ＥｍｐｌａｓｔｒｕｍＯｓｔｅｉｔｉｓＤｒａｗ－ｏｕｔ－ｐｕｓ，ＥＯＤ）治疗慢性骨髓炎的作用机理与毒副作用，采用在ＳｐｒａｇｕｅＤａｗｌｅｙ（ＳＤ）系大鼠慢性化脓性骨髓炎模型上作了体外抑菌、治疗效应和慢性毒理试验，结果提示：ＥＯＤ对慢性化脓性骨髓炎的常见病原体有极明显的抑菌作用，且较拔毒生肌散作用更强。ＥＯＤ的治疗效应极明显，较拔毒生肌散更显著。ＥＯＤ对机体无明显毒副作用。从而表明ＥＯＤ治疗慢性化脓性骨髓炎有明显疗效，且无明显毒副作用。
In order to inquire into the functional mechanism and side effects of Emplastrum osteitis Draw-out-pus(EOD),used in the treatment of Chronic Pyogenic Osteomyelitis (CPO),the model of CPO with SD rats were replicated and adopted to make bacteriostatic test in vitro,therapeutic efficacy test and chronic toxicity test.The results showed that:EOD could play a significant part in depressing general pathogens and do much better than Myogenic powder drawing-out-pus,the therapeutic effects of EOD on CPO were more distinct than Myogenic powder drawing-out-pus,EOD had no side effects.All these facts showed that EOD used in treating CPO could make significant therapeutic effects and had no side effects.
