阐述了统计内驱力概念,列举了统计治学、治国、治校的典范。寻找统计内驱力的源泉,分析统计内驱力现状及影响因素,探索其解决问题的对策,以求达到主动、真实、准确、快速、时效统计提供服务的目的。
This paper demonstrates that statistics is of importance in practical application and it＇s a necessary tool to accomplish great undertaking through the explaination of the concept of internal drive of statistics and enumerating the the significant importance of statistics on pursuing one＇s studies, running schools and managing state affairs. Forasmuch, it is needed to analyze the present situation and influencing factors of internal drive of statistics and the solutions to those problems to achieve the goal of providing real and accurate statistics service actively and timely.
