摘要
碳纳米管是一种重要的纳米材料。本文讨论了碳纳米管的原子结构,分析了其结构对碳纳米管性能的影响。本文根据场致发射理论分析了碳纳米管的场致发射性能,在此基础上,本文还分析了碳纳米管在信息电子领域的短期和长期应用前景。
Carbon nanotube is an important nano-material. This paper discusses the atomic structure of carbon nanotube and analyses the influence of chiral on the characteristics of carbon nanotube. The field emission performance of carbon nanotube is discussed in this paper also. On the baisis of this discussion, the application of carbon nanotube is discussed.
