摘要
以浙江省杭州、嘉兴、宁波、温州四地为考察区域,对农民工群体的就业现状、就业心理和心理特征作了深入调研,得出以下结果:经济发展、社会安定、政策倾斜、居民友善是农民工选择浙江就业的主要驱动力;自我封闭、自卑、焦躁、紧张、心理失衡、畏难等心理是影响农民工就业行为的主要因素。并指出:一方面要从农民工自身层面入手,引导农民工学会调整、控制自己的心理和情绪,提高自身的社会适应能力;另一方面从社会层面入手,为农民工搭建更好的就业平台。
In our research, the present situation and psychology characteristic of job-seeking of migrant rural workers in four areas including Hangzhou, Jiaxing, Ningbo and Wenzhou are investigated. By analyzing the result it shows that the economic development, social security, policy guidance and inhabitant friendly are the main motivation why they choose to work in Zhejiang; Self-close, inferiority, fuss, tension, loss of psychological balance,fear et al are the main influence factors to job-seeking behavior of migrant rural workers. According to research results, the authors suggest that, from the perspective of workers self, we should guide them how to adjust, control their mind and motion and enhance their society adaptation capability. On the other hand, from the perspective of the society, we should improve the environment of getting jobs for them.
