摘要
目的:观察补肾复方对绝经动物模型血清雌二醇(E2)、骨钙素(BGP)、钙(Ca)的影响。方法:选用性成熟雌性恒河猴4只,先按体重分层,然后将4只恒河猴随机分为中药组和西药组,每组2只;行双侧卵巢切除术,复制人工绝经模型;中药组以补肾复方,对照组以结合雌激素倍美力干预。分别于给药前、第1疗程、第2疗程、第3疗程后(28天为1疗程)检测血清E2、BGP、Ca的含量。结果:补肾复方与西药雌激素均能增加血清E2、Ca的含量,降低血清BGP的含量。其中补肾复方对血清E2、Ca的作用较雌激素持久稳定。结论:补肾复方能降低骨高转换率,促进骨矿物质吸收。
Objective ：To observe the effect of the kidney - tonifying recipe on the E2 ,BGP and Ca of ovariectomized female rhesus monkey. Methods ：4 female rhesus monkeys were selected and randomized into TCM group and Western medicine group by weight,2 monkeys per group,and then were ovariectomized. TCM group was interfered with Kidney - tonifying recipe and Western medicine group was interfered with Premarin. The level of serum E2, BGP and Ca were de- tected before the medicine was given and after every course（28 days per course ）. Results ： Kidney - tonifying recipe and Premarin can all increase the level of serum E2, BGP and Ca and Kidney - tonifying recipe＇ s effect was more permanent. Conclusion ： Kidney - tonifying recipe can improve bone - formation and inhibit bone - dissolution.
