摘要
针对慢性肾衰竭病程长,病情复杂且严重,并发症多和死亡率高等特点,介绍于敏教授运用内服中药汤剂辨证论治与中医外治法相结合治疗本病的临证经验和用药体会。
Chronic Renal Failure （CRF） is a clinical syndrome occurring in many kinds of primary or the sequential chronic renal diseases end stage. Targeting such characteristics of CRF as long course of disease, complicated and serious pathogenetic condition, more disease- prone and high lethality, this paper according selection of treatment by diagnoses theory introduces clinical experience and understanding of herbs of professor Yu Min′s applying liquid and external combi- native therapy to CRF.
