摘要
改革开放以来,我国离婚率不断攀升,从积极的一面讲,这主要是由于公权的合理定位、社会流动的增强、社会舆论的变化及女性受教育水平的提高等多种因素综合产生的结果。其带有鲜明的转型时期中国社会阶段性特征,昭示着我们这个古老的中国,已经抖掉了历史的尘埃,向民主、文明、进步的现代国家迈进。
The divorce rate in our country has continually been rising since our country carried out the reform and open policy.In the positive sense,this sharp rise to some extent results from many factors such as the reasonable localization of public rights,the enhancement of social mobility,the change of the public opinion,the improvement of the female receiving education and so on.These changes characterized by obvious transformation period of China society demonstrate that our ancient country has already shaken historical dust,and try to move toward the line of democratic,civilized,progressive modern countries.
