摘要
对于中国这样一个正在崛起的大国,制定正确而有效的对外战略就成为一项必要和紧迫的任务,本文通过对我国对外战略的历史回顾,探讨了影响我国对外战略内外因素,从而对于构建21世纪我国对外战略具有十分重要的借鉴作用。
It has been a necessary and urgent task to draw up the correct and ettective forelgn strategy for a big rising country like China. Based on reviewing the histoty of our foreign strategy, the domestic and external factors which influence our foreign strategy are analysed, so as to be the reference to formulate our foreign strategy in the 21st century.
