摘要
对高烧失量粉煤灰应用于二灰稳定碎石基层的条件进行研究,对试验用粉煤灰的化学成分加以分析,并进行确定石灰、粉煤灰的最佳比例试验、不同硫含量的二灰强度试验和二灰碎石强度试验以及含硫量5.7%的高烧失量粉煤灰二灰碎石强度增长规律试验,研究表明,高烧失量粉煤灰的二灰碎石的强度很低,但含适量硫的高烧失量粉煤灰具有优质粉煤灰的路用性能,可以满足规范对路面基层的要求。因此,高烧失量粉煤灰在加入一定量硫的情况下是能够应用于路面基层的。
Researching the conditions for fly ash with high loss of ignition used in lime-fly ash stabilized macadam, analysing the chemical composition of fly ash used in the test, carrying the optimal proportion between lime and fly ash test, the strength comparison test of different sulfur contents for fly ash and lime-fly ash-crushed rocks, and the strength increasing law test of lime-fly ash macadam of fly ash with the sulfur content of 5.7% and high loss of ignition. The result shows that the strength of lime-fly ash macadam of fly ash with high loss of ignition is very low, but the fly ash with high loss of ignition containing appropriate sulfur can possess pavement performance of high-quality fly ash and satisfy the regulation demands for the pavement basement. So the fly ash of high loss of ignition putting in a certain content of sulfur can apply in the pavement basement.
