摘要
政府公信力即政府依据自身信用所获得的社会公众的信任度。政府公信力的加强,有利于建设服务型政府,带动整个社会的诚信建设,促进和谐社会发展。这就要求强化政府公共责任,建立诚信的制度规范与政府信用考评机制,培养公务员的公共精神与服务意识,实施诚信的政府行为,增强政府公信力。
The government＇s credibility is a public trust according to their own credit. Strengthening government＇s credibility is helpful to build service-oriented government, to promote the integrity of the entire community, and to promote a harmonious society. This requires strengthening the government＇s public responsibilities, establishing a system to regulate the integrity of government credibility and cultivating raining public spirit of Civil Servant.
