摘要
以贵州罗甸引种的香根草为原料，用常规方法提取香根油，得率0．8％左右．用气相色谱仪和色谱—质谱联用仪，对香根油的化学成分作初步分析．共分离出60多个组分，得质谱图33张，鉴定出26个成分，查明黔产香根油总醇含量达50％左右，具有开发价值．
About 0.8% vetiver oil was got from the roots of the vetiver grass produced in Luo-dian by commn extractiong method. Sixty more chemical compositions and thirty three mass spectral base chart were obtained, twenty-six compositions have been identified with GC and GC/MS. The total alcohol content of Guizhou vetiver oil has come up to 50%, and can be developed.
